Leadership Development

In light of the great spiritual needs and opportunities before us, we see spiritual leadership development as the highest priority.

As Winston Churchill demonstrated in the dark days of England's struggle with evil of Nazism, leadership must rise to the occasion.

It is our commttment to raise up servant leaders after the model Jesus Christ revealed to us and summarized in (Philippians Ch.2), " he emptied himself, taking the form of a servant."

We believe this form of leadership comes from the heart. As God told Samuel the prophet, " Man looks at the outward appearance, God looks at the heart." (1 Samuel 16:7)
