Noon Hour Discussions
We create the opportunity for spiritual discussions in the workplace.
A response received from one of these discussions reveals the need, "I am so empty and I want to
get full, I think God has something to do with this."
In developing this model over the last four years we have seen the effectiveness of this
discussion approach. With the Baby Boom and Buster Generation coming of age, the present insecurity of the world
we live in and the fact that "God has put eternity in the hearts of all people," a great hunger for discussions of
signifcance is now present.

In the early stages of our company, Jeff Hagen so graciously
committed his time regularly to once a week "Noon Discussion" at
our office to discuss spiritual topics.
Not only was he always there for us
and on time, he gave our employees and other business associates his ear,
his knowledge and his passion for the Lord.
The open discussion format
provided a safe environment for individuals to ask questions, listen to
other's opinions and experiences, while tying it back to the Bible.
As an employer, it was very special for me because Jeff would follow-up
individually with those who had a desire to get deeper into discussion about
faith issues. As a result, multiple times others in and around our company
Opened their hearts to Christ with Jeff.
This in and of itself has defined
